Refund Policy

1. General Overview
At Maitat Coaching LLC, we are highly committed to the success of our clients. Our coaching programs consist of a digital product (the eBook, downloaded immediately upon purchase) and a service (direct WhatsApp coaching over the selected period). Because the core intellectual property and proprietary methods are delivered instantaneously, we enforce a strict but fair refund policy to protect our business from fraud while ensuring legitimate customer satisfaction.
2. The 7-Day Action-Based Warranty
We do not offer "no-questions-asked" refunds or refunds for "change of mind" because you receive immediate access to our digital intellectual property. However, we stand behind the effectiveness of our program. We offer a 7-Day Action-Based Refund Warranty.
To qualify for a refund within the first 7 days of purchase, you must demonstrate that you have actively participated in the program and given it a fair attempt, but found it unsatisfactory. You must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- You must have initiated contact with your coach on WhatsApp within 48 hours of purchase.
- You must provide photographic evidence of following the nutrition plan for at least 3 consecutive days (photos of your meals).
- You must provide evidence that you have tracked your calories as taught in the eBook for at least 3 consecutive days (e.g., screenshots of your tracking app).
- You must provide a detailed explanation of why the program is not working for you despite following the guidelines.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will strictly not be issued under the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after downloading the eBook.
- You did not reach out to us on WhatsApp to begin the coaching.
- You did not read the eBook or follow the instructions.
- You request a refund after the 7-day period has expired.
- You claim the program is "too hard" without providing evidence of attempting the modified or home workouts.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you meet the criteria for the 7-Day Action-Based Warranty, please submit your request to contact@maitatcoaching.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Full Name]". You must include your receipt/invoice number and all required photographic evidence in your email.
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method (via Stripe). Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us and following the refund procedure outlined above, your access to our services and any future purchases will be permanently banned. We will submit all evidence of your purchase, including IP addresses, timestamps of eBook downloads, and WhatsApp communication logs, to the payment processor to contest the dispute.
